Our friends and neighbors, Liza & Eric Rochelson and their daughter Adena, gave me the opportunity to cater their Valentine's Dinner! This marks my very first real catering job!

Chef Zach created the most incredible Valentine dinner for us. Beginning with delicious soup which even included heart shaped baby red potatoes. The chicken and tofu piccata were amazing and complimented with the finest roasted root vegetables we have ever had. In addition, Chef Zach's lemon tarragon vinaigrette dressing was the perfect addition to our mixed greens with cranberries and pine nuts, a most refreshing mix of flavors. Our amazing dinner would not have been complete without the most fabulous creme brûlée!
The dinner was absolutely incredible and one of our most favorite meals of all time. In addition to the perfectly prepared cuisine, Chez Zach provided unparalleled service with a customized meal that met our dietary needs, timeline, and budget. Great job Chef Zach! Thank you!
